After voting on a Topic, you must wait until voting closes to see the outcome and breakdown of how your community responded. Enabling notifications will inform you when a Topic that you voted on has become a Result.
You can share your views on Buzzy without worrying about being personally identified. Votes and comments are stored separately from user information to protect your anonymity both inside and outside of Buzzy.
We ask for certain identifying details to confirm that you are a New Zealand citizen or resident above the age of 16, and that you don't already have a Buzzy account. These details are kept separate from your activity on the platform.
To create an account on Buzzy you need a valid email address and phone number. We also collect de-identified demographic information from users including age, city, gender and ethnicity to support real-world decision-making.

If you delete your Buzzy account, all of your personal data is removed from our system. Your username will not be visible to other users, however comments you've left will remain visible to maintain system integrity and continuity.
